The manufacturing process of galvanized steel sheet mainly includes the cleaning, pickling, galvanized, cooling, inspection and other steps. The specific production process is as follows:
1. Cleaning: Put the steel plate into the cleaning tank and clean it with clean water to remove the dirt and oil on the surface.
2. Pickling: Put the cleaned steel plate into the pickling tank, and carry out pickling with the acid lotion to remove the rust and oxide on the surface.
3 Galvanized: Put the pickling steel plate into the galvanized tank, galvanized with galvanized liquid, so that a layer of zinc layer is formed on the surface of the steel plate to prevent corrosion of the steel plate.
4. Cooling: Put the galvanized steel plate into the cooling tank and cool it with the coolant to reduce the temperature of the surface of the steel plate to prevent damage to the steel plate.
5. Check: Put the cooled steel plate into the inspection tank, and check the surface quality of the steel plate with the inspection instrument to ensure that the quality of the steel plate meets the requirements.
